Paid plans are billed through Stripe based on the pricing table presented in the app. Charges are non-refundable unless required by law.
You may cancel or change your subscription at any time. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing cycle unless otherwise stated.

We collect and process data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using casaflo.ai you consent to that processing.
You retain ownership of content you provide, but grant us the rights necessary to operate and improve the service.

We strive to maintain reliable access but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
We may update, pause, or discontinue features at any time. Material changes will be communicated when possible.

Tenant contact details and property context that you add to casaflo.ai are used solely to help manage maintenance, communications, and task tracking on your behalf.
We store this data securely and apply it when coordinating service providers, generating reminders, or preparing outreach initiated through the platform.
Our AI assistant references the tenant information to draft messages and recommended actions, but we expect you to approve transactions whenever approval is requested.
